Potthoff Appraisals is a full service real estate appraisal organization
with over 25 years experience. Appraising residential, commercial
and agriculture properties is the basis of our services.
Potthoff Appraisals was originally started in Carroll, Iowa by
Scott Potthoff in 1986. In order to meet increasing demand and with our desire to meet the client's timely appraisal needs,
we expanded in 2004 with an office in Waukee operated by Jeff
Potthoff.
Both Scott and Jeff are very qualified appraisers with numerous classes and hours of real estate appraisal education. In addition to our vast appraisal experience and education, Scott and Jeff both hold bachelors degrees from accredited 4 year universities.
Potthoff Appraisals is a family run and operated business where
we pride ourselves on integrity, competence and professionalism.
We hope to serve your real estate appraisal needs from our offices
in Carroll and Waukee.
